Your most often opened folder is different from a default Windows Explorer startup folder (Desktop\Library)?  If you want to change a default Windows Explorer startup folder (D:\Work for example), you can do it in a few simple steps:

1. Click on Start Orb
2. Type “Windows Explorer” at “Search programs and files” field
3. Right click on “Windows Explorer” at Programs section, and select “Properties“
4. At Shortcut tab locate “Target” field and add a path to your most often opened folder. It should look like this: %windir%\explorer.exe “D:\Work”
5. Click on “Apply”, “OK”.

At the next Windows Explorer start, it will open your “D:\Work” folder.
